7:15am–5pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Basic Salary: £26,000–£27,500
Realistic First-Year OTE: £29,000-£35,000+ (uncapped commission)

As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us in Lincoln. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their recruitment or sales career who is confident, motivated, and keen to learn.

No recruitment experience is required, we’re looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in building relationships and a career.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained across all aspects of education recruitment, working closely with experienced consultants and developing the skills needed to manage your own desk over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and engagement

* Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, preferences, and availability

* Coordinating registrations, compliance checks, and onboarding

* Assisting with booking management, feedback, and timesheets

* Making outbound calls to schools and candidates as part of desk activity

* Keeping systems and records accurate and up to date

* Learning how to build relationships with schools and deliver a high-quality service

As you progress, you’ll be supported to take on more responsibility, with a clear pathway towards a Recruitment Consultant role.

Previous experience in recruitment or sales is not essential as full training will be provided.
