We're partnering with a fantastic sporting business based in Lincoln to recruit an HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career within HR.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function, ensuring employees receive a professional and efficient service throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • Providing administrative support across all areas of HR.
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and other employee documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and the HR system.
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Managing HR inbox queries and responding to employees in a timely manner.
  • Supporting HR projects and wider people initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
About You
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • A strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering a first-class employee experience.
