We’re looking for our UK Anchor
, the person who will serve as the heartbeat of our UK team as HRBP. This is a unique, dual‑impact role where you will be the face of our Lincoln office, creating an environment where people love to work, while simultaneously taking on a global role in how we develop talent and manage performance.

You’ll be the bridge between our global strategy and our local reality, ensuring that while we think globally, our UK team feels supported, challenged, and celebrated every single day.

The Core Pillars of Your Role
  • Office Stewardship: Ensure the Lincoln office remains a vibrant, high‑utility environment. From the physical setup to the daily vibe, you make sure the office is a place that fuels productivity.

  • Culture Architect: Plan and execute local culture activities, team‑building events, and surprise and delight moments that keep the UK team connected and engaged.

  • Internal Communications: Coordinate UK‑specific internal comms, ensuring the Lincoln team is always in the loop and aligned with our global mission.

  • Performance Cycles Lattice Power‑User: Lead the end‑to‑end execution of our annual and mid‑year review cycles, ensuring they are high‑impact and low‑friction.

  • UK Compliance: Act as the resident expert on UK employment law and local customs, ensuring our Lincoln office is a best‑in‑class, compliant workplace.

  • Operational Analysis: Analyze local operational processes and workflows to identify areas for increased efficiency.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the full employee journey from “Hello” to “Goodbye,” managing high‑touch onboarding that integrates new hires into the Lincoln culture and conducting compliant, empathetic offboarding
    .

Operations & Business Management
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the UK office budget and local vendor relationships with a keen eye for detail.
  • Project & Change Management: Lead local change initiatives, helping the team navigate new processes or organizational shifts with ease.
  • Facilities & Safety: Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring everything from tech to snacks is running smoothly.
  • Payroll & Compensation Lead: Manage the end‑to‑end monthly UK payroll process, including the precision‑tracking of PTO
    , compensation adjustments
    , and statutory benefits.
  • Finance Point of Contact: Serve as the UK liaison for the global accounting team, taking ownership of Quick Books reconciliation and delivering monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure local operational liquidity.
Who You Are
  • HR Expert: You know the local HR laws and benefits to create a best place to work.
  • Collaborative: You thrive on working across time zones and departments to get things done.
  • Comfortable Driving Change: You don’t just follow processes; you improve them and lead the team through the transition.
  • Intuitive: You can read the energy of the office and know exactly when the team needs a boost.
  • Metrics‑Driven: You love using data to prove that our people’s strategies are working and how we make decisions.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 10 years in People Operations, Employee Experience, or HR with a heavy Performance Management focus.
  • Education: Degree‑level education.
  • Technical

    Skills:

You are a Power‑User of software; experience with Bamboo HR, Greenhouse and Lattice are a major advantage.

. You are the Anchor, so being present for the team is essential.
  • £41,500 to £65,000 Based Upon Experience
