Position: Recruitment Consultant - Temporary & Interim (Accountancy & Finance)

We're seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Accountancy & Finance division , specialising in temporary, contract and interim appointments across the South Coast. Recruiting finance professionals into temporary, contract and interim opportunities, from Accounts Assistants, Credit Controllers and Payroll professionals through to Management Accountants, Finance Managers and Qualified Finance Leaders . Developing and expanding relationships with an active portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors. Winning new business opportunities through consultative, solution-led sales activity. Building and maintaining a strong network of high-quality finance professionals.

Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare. Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insight and workforce solutions to your clients. Why join us? What we're looking for:

Previous recruitment experience, ideally within temporary, contract or interim recruitment. Alternatively, a proven sales professional with a strong track record of B2B business development and relationship management. A highly motivated and commercially focused individual who enjoys building new business and identifying opportunities. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to engage senior finance stakeholders. Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to build a successful and profitable recruitment desk.
