Ashley Kate HR are proud to be representing a well-established professional services organisation in their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive HR team, providing expert advice to managers and supporting a broad range of people-focused activities.
The Opportunity What Will You Be Doing?- Provide HR advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and company policies.
- Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Handle HR queries and deliver a responsive HR service.
- Support key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and family leave.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience managing employee relations casework.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
