The Role - Trainee Executive Search Consultant As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant , you'll learn how to deliver high-level Executive Search projects while working closely with experienced consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Researching markets and identifying senior executive talent Headhunting C-suite and leadership professionals across multiple industries Mapping competitors and analysing market trends Speaking with senior candidates and assessing leadership potential Supporting client meetings and contributing to search strategy Building long-term relationships with executives and business leaders Managing executive search assignments from briefing through to placement This is a research-led, relationship-driven graduate role where you'll combine commercial thinking with strategic problem-solving.
