Mac HubSpot & ChatGPT Automation Expert

I need an expert to set up Hub Spot and ChatGPT Business on my Mac and weave them tightly into the rest of my stack so daily operations run without friction. The immediate touch-points are:
• Email:
Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail must flow into Hub Spot so ChatGPT Business can draft or fully answer incoming messages and route them to the right pipeline stage.
• CRM & Marketing tools: I’m already in Hub Spot but I’m open to linking popular CRMs like Salesforce or Zoho and any essential marketing platforms, as long as the data synchronises in real time.
• Website chat and lead capture: site visitors should get instant, AI-powered answers while every enquiry drops straight into Hub Spot, tagged and scored.
• Competitive insights: set up automations or third-party connectors that pull competitor news and social activity into a dashboard so I’m always a step ahead.

Deliverables
1. Clean installation of Hub Spot desktop tools and ChatGPT Business on macOS.
2. Secure API or middleware (Zapier, Make, native connectors, etc.) links to the three email clients plus selected CRM/marketing apps.
3. Workflows that:– auto-respond to emails using ChatGPT Business,– assign and update lead status inside Hub Spot,– trigger notifications or tasks for me.4. Live website chat bot powered by ChatGPT Business, fully branded.
5. Competitor monitoring feed inside Hub Spot or a connected dashboard.
6. Short hand-off call and concise SOP so I can maintain the system.
