I need an expert to set up Hub Spot and ChatGPT Business on my Mac and weave them tightly into the rest of my stack so daily operations run without friction. The immediate touch-points are: email (Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail flow into Hub Spot so ChatGPT Business can draft or fully answer incoming messages and route them to the right pipeline stage);

CRM & Marketing tools (Hub Spot with potential links to Salesforce or Zoho and essential marketing platforms, with real-time data synchronization); website chat and lead capture (site visitors receive instant AI-powered answers while every enquiry drops into Hub Spot, tagged and scored); and competitive insights (set up automations or third-party connectors to pull competitor news and social activity into a dashboard)."
