PMO Support Analyst

Location:

North Scarle, Lincolnshire (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented PMO Support Analyst to join a Finance Systems Transformation Programme. This role will provide essential PMO support across programme governance, planning, reporting, financial tracking, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement activities, helping to ensure successful delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Governance & Controls

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of PMO governance frameworks, standards, and reporting cadence across the Finance Systems Transformation Programme.

Maintain programme and workstream RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, ensuring actions are tracked, progressed, and escalated where necessary.

Assist with programme change control processes, including change logging, impact assessment coordination, and approval tracking.

Ensure adherence to programme governance standards and controls.

Planning & Reporting Support

Maintain programme and workstream delivery plans, schedules, milestone trackers, and reporting artefacts.

Produce regular programme and workstream status reports, dashboards, and management information packs for governance forums.

Consolidate updates from Project Managers and workstream leads into a coherent programme-level view.

Support reporting accuracy and consistency across all programme activities.

Financial & Resource Tracking

Support the tracking of programme budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditure in line with PMO processes.

Assist with resource planning activities, including demand tracking, onboarding status, and utilisation monitoring.

Maintain PMO registers and logs relating to finances, resourcing, and vendor engagement.

Stakeholder & Forum Support

* Coordinate programme governance meetings and forums, including agenda preparation, meeting packs, minutes, and action tracking.

* Ensure timely distribution of meeting materials and follow-up on outstanding actions.

* Act as a key point of contact for PMO-related queries across programme stakeholders.

Quality, Assurance & Documentation

* Ensure programme documentation and artefacts are stored, version controlled, and maintained in line with programme standards.

* Support quality assurance activities by reviewing project documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

* Assist with preparations for internal and external audits, assurance reviews, and governance assessments.

Tooling & Continuous Improvement

* Support the effective use and configuration of PMO tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms.

* Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, reporting quality, governance controls, and operational efficiency.

* Contribute to the ongoing development of PMO best practices across the programme.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

* Experience in a PMO Support Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Support, or PMO Coordinator role within large-scale transformation, business change, or IT programmes.

* Strong understanding of project and programme governance, controls, reporting, and delivery methodologies.

* Experience maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, and programme documentation.

* Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Desirable

* Experience supporting ERP, Finance Systems, Data, or Digital Transformation programmes.

* Familiarity with large-scale transformation or implementation programmes.

* Experience using Mondaydotcom, Microsoft Project, or similar project management and planning tools.

* Exposure to programme assurance, audit, and governance review processes
