IT Technician

NuStaff are seeking an experienced and technically capable ICT Technician to join the IT team at Lincolnshire Police.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and working with a broad range of IT technologies. You will provide operational and technical support and advice to users across the organisation, ensuring IT issues and service requests are diagnosed and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.

You will work across a varied technology environment, including Airwave, telephony, PCs, Windows operating systems, standard and non-standard software, mobile devices and peripheral technologies. You will also play an important role in the deployment, configuration and ongoing support of IT equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical advice and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems, products and services.
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
• Manage and support endpoints using technologies including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Knox and Azure-based administration.
• Support the management of the Airwave estate using Radio Manager.
