• Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

• Develop and deliver strategies that support current and future clinical trial requirements
• Build, qualify and manage a global supplier network across key international markets
• Work closely with commercial and operational teams to align activity with future demand
• Lead supplier negotiations, managing commercial agreements and cost performance
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance and continuity while driving service improvements
• Track market trends, identify sourcing risks and represent the business at supplier and industry meetings where appropriate

• Background in supply chain, procurement or strategic sourcing within a regulated environment
• Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiations and commercial agreements
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance quality, cost and supply risk
• Knowledge of supplier qualification, compliance and performance management processes
• Exposure to clinical trials, life sciences or global sourcing activities would be advantageous
