Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing business for an experienced Logistics Manager to join their team based in Hull.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of products while maintaining high standards of service, quality and compliance.

You will be responsible for leading logistics teams, managing transport and warehouse operations, improving processes and driving operational performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Manage and develop logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
• Oversee transport, warehouse and distribution activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage external logistics providers and supplier relationships.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve efficiencies.
• Work closely with production, planning and supply chain teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

• Previous experience in a Logistics Manager, Transport Manager, Distribution Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG or food production would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercially aware with a focus on improving operational performance.
