When materials arrive on time, stock levels are right and production runs without delays, it's because someone has kept everything moving behind the scenes. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be the person making that happen, keeping suppliers, deliveries and internal teams working together to avoid disruption and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll join a growing organisation where your ability to plan ahead, solve problems and keep things organised will make a real difference. From managing purchase orders to improving supplier performance, you'll have the opportunity to influence how efficiently the business operates.

What's in it for you?
  • Salary of 27,000 - 29,000 per annum.
  • Permanent position offering long-term stability within a growing organisation.
  • Company pension scheme and holiday allowance.
  • Training and development opportunities to build your skills.
  • Employee assistance programme to support your wellbeing.
  • Career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.
Your responsibilities as Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring materials arrive on time to meet production requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels, support inventory planning and help prevent shortages or unnecessary delays.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, lead times and deliveries, resolving issues before they affect operations.
  • Work closely with warehouse, production and logistics teams to keep goods moving efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor supplier performance and produce reports on stock availability and delivery performance.
  • Support demand forecasting and identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes and strengthen service levels.
What we're looking for in a Supply Chain Coordinator
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory management.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, monitoring stock levels and communicating with suppliers.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and analyse data.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of stock planning, demand forecasting or import/export procedures would be beneficial.

If you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems and making sure everything runs to plan, this could be the ideal next step.
