Start Your Journey with Us (Trainee Technicians) You don’t need prior experience—we’re looking for people with the right attitude. Our recent trainee recruits have come from retail, hospitality, beauty, delivery driving and more. If you enjoy helping people and have a passion for cars or hands‑on work, we’ll give you the skills to succeed. With our state‑of‑the‑art tools and equipment, almost anyone can learn to repair or replace vehicle glass confidently.

Starting salary of £28,555.

• A genuine people person who enjoys working with customers

No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools. Above all, your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.
