Pilgrims Europe in Lincolnshire is hiring two Services Engineers to join the Navenby Feed Mill maintenance team. You will perform day-to-day maintenance and operation of mill equipment, ensuring safety, performance and reliability across the site.
The role requires hands-on fault diagnosis, routine inspections, and support for Planned Preventative Maintenance, with 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm) on a four-on/four-off pattern; overtime may be required. A proactive, team-focused mindset is essential.
