- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance incentive
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role OverviewSeeking a practical Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our technical team. You will be responsible for executing scheduled servicing, safety evaluations, pre-MOT health checks, and core mechanical maintenance across a wide variety of customer vehicles to high trade standards.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
- Time-served mechanic with solid practical experience across a diverse mix of vehicle makes and models.
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card is preferred (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Lincoln Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position with rapid access via the A46, A15, and A57, offering smooth daily commutes across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
- Public Transport: Direct connections via Lincoln Central rail station and local city bus networks.
