Learning and Development Coordinator

Were recruiting a Training Coordinator / Learning & Development Coordinator for a progressive, fast-growing manufacturing business in Lincolnshire. This is a newly enhanced role within a business investing heavily in people, capability, and long-term growth. Youll take ownership of training delivery across the site supporting onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and production teams.

This is a hands-on, visible role where your impact will be felt every day.

The Role Working closely with HR and site leadership, you will:
Deliver engaging training across food safety, H&S, equipment use, SOPs and leadership Design and update training materials SOPs, presentations, e-learning and assessments Coordinate onboarding and site inductions for new starters Maintain accurate training records across LMS and internal systems Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Act as the first point of contact for all L&D activity on site Work cross-functionally to identify skills gaps and future training needs Support audits, compliance checks and regulatory reporting This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, engaging with people, and making training practical, relevant, and impactful.

About You Youll be confident, organised, and genuinely passionate about developing others. Youll bring:
Experience delivering training in a regulated, manufacturing or production environment Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills Good working knowledge of LMS platforms, Microsoft Office and training documentation The ability to assess effectiveness and improve learning outcomes A practical, people-focused approach Experience in food, FMCG or high-volume manufacturing is highly desirable.
