Position: M&E Manager
M&E Supervisor / Site Manager
HMP Lincoln Prison | £250-£350 per day (Umbrella Only)

We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Supervisor / Site Manager to join a project at HMP project. This is a hands-on management role, overseeing Mechanical & Electrical packages and ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and H&S standards.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, maintaining smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress against programme and report updates to senior management.
Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily briefings.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the site.

Requirements:

SMSTS (essential)
First Aid (essential)
CSCS Card (essential)
Proven experience as an M&E Supervisor or Site Manager on similar projects. (Essential)
Strong knowledge of M&E systems and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
