Role Responsibilities
  • Leading the development of a cross‑functional strategy for the development of specific categories of products.
  • Assess long‑term category development requirements as well as outline the Trading Plan to deliver the appropriate market position and agreed KPIs.
  • Driving sales revenue, gross margin, range performance, inventory effectiveness, customer numbers and market share for your category of responsibility.
  • You will also be responsible for leading commercial negotiations with suppliers, managing performance and identifying sources of supply.

This is a full‑time permanent role, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 08:00 – 17:00.

Qualifications
  • Strong organisation and time‑management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills would be advantageous
