Based in Telford, you will lead a full pre‑opening journey with the backing of an established care provider. This is a senior, hands‑on role where your commissioning expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership credibility will directly influence culture, quality, and long‑term success.
You will be trusted to set standards early and build a home you would be proud to lead.
- Salary of £65,000 per annum.
The provider operates high‑quality, purpose‑built care homes with a strong focus on premium environments, resident experience, and consistent care standards. They invest in their homes and leadership teams to support sustainable, high‑quality services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full commissioning and pre‑opening process for a new luxury care home.
- Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing senior and frontline team.
- Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth.
- Proven experience commissioning a care home or service.
- Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC‑regulated care environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.
