We're seeking an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse operations at a busy food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire.

You will be responsible for bringing structure and efficiency to the warehouse, improving stock control processes, and overseeing the team on site.

This is a practical, on‑the‑ground leadership role – ideal for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.

• Organise and streamline day-to-day warehouse operations
• Improve and maintain robust stock control systems
• Manage and liaise with 3rd party storage providers
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Previous experience in a warehouse management role, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of stock control systems and warehouse processes
• Confident working in a hands‑on leadership capacity
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
