The Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA) is a newly established, devolved organisation with a clear mandate from to drive growth, unlock investment and create high-quality opportunities for residents and businesses.

We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Economic Growth to lead the next phase of our economic ambition.

This is a leadership role at the heart of a high-profile, fast-moving organisation.

You will lead the development and delivery of Greater Lincolnshire’s economic growth agenda—driving investment, supporting business growth, and positioning Lincolnshire as a nationally significant economic engine.

Working closely with the Mayor, senior leadership team and partners across the public and private sectors, you will:

• Lead delivery of our economic growth strategy
  , translating ambition into investable programmes and real-world outcomes
• Drive inward investment and trade
  , building a strong pipeline of opportunities and promoting Greater Lincolnshire on the national and international stage
• Secure funding and investment
  , developing compelling business cases and propositions
• Oversee business support and sector development
  , boosting productivity, innovation and competitiveness
• Provide expert advice to senior leaders
  , shaping decisions on growth, investment and policy
• Build powerful partnerships across government, industry and academia
• Ensure strong governance, performance and impact
  , delivering measurable outcomes and value for money

We’re looking for a strategic leader with a strong track record of delivering economic growth at scale.

You will bring:

• Experience of leading complex economic development or growth programmes
• A proven ability to secure investment and deliver impactful outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop compelling investment propositions
• Confidence operating in a political and partnership environment
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategic direction
• A passion for inclusive, sustainable growth and regional impact
