Trainee Project Manager Placement Programme

This is a career training programme designed for entry‑level individuals with limited or no experience in project management.

Step 1 – APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification
- Complete the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
- Study time about 20 hours and a 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam.
- Online course with exam simulators and revision tools.
Step 2 – PRINCE2 Foundation
- PRINCE2 is the most recognised methodology for project managers.
- Study time about 15–20 hours and 1‑hour multiple‑choice exam.
- Online course with exam simulators and revision tools.
Step 3 – Project Management Simulation
- Complete an online simulated project assignment.
- Work through real‑world project scenarios.
- Receive a certificate of completion after tutor grading.
Step 4 – Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with a recruitment team to secure an entry‑level project management position.
- Support includes job‑application assistance, interview preparation and CV review based on the new qualification.
