Payroll Manager | Permanent | Lincoln | Hybrid | £45,000-£47,000 I am working exclusively with a well-established, growing professional services business that continues to invest in its people, technology and payroll function. Following continued growth and positive change, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their Lincoln payroll team. What is in it for you?

£45,000-£47,000. Permanent opportunity. Hybrid working after probation. Flexible working hours. Lead an established team of 1 Senior Payroll Technician and 2 Payroll Technicians. A genuine 50/50 split between hands-on payroll and leadership. Work closely with the Head of Payroll on exciting transformation projects. Genuine opportunity to make a real impact within an evolving payroll function. What I am looking for:
Payroll bureau / client payroll experience. Previous payroll team leadership or management experience. Experience managing multiple client payrolls from start to finish. Confident processing weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly and monthly payrolls. Strong pensions and auto-enrolment knowledge. Someone who enjoys developing people, building client relationships and leading by example. A positive, proactive person who embraces change and enjoys working collaboratively.
