Listers is seeking an Aftersales Manager for our Toyota Dealership in Boston. The role runs 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota from 8am–1pm. Basic salary is £40,000 with OTE up to £68,000 plus benefits including a company car.
Lead the workshop, service and parts teams, drive sales targets, and improve utilisation while managing budgets. A proven Aftersales background and strong leadership are essential to deliver exceptional customer service.
