Contract: Full-time, permanent – 37.5 hours per week

LT Selection is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Standguide as the organisation expands its senior operational management team following continued employability delivery and the success of its Connect to Work bids.
The opportunityThis is an integral strategic appointment for a person-focused, innovative and driven leader who understands that sustained performance comes from clear direction, strong systems and supportive leadership.
You will oversee multiple contracts, managers and delivery teams across Lincolnshire, ensuring outstanding contractual performance, service quality and participant outcomes while supporting Standguide’s current and future growth.
What you’ll be doing- Lead the operational performance of contracts, managers and teams across the region.
- Achieve contractual performance, quality, service and financial targets.
- Analyse management information and KPIs, implementing action plans and performance-improvement measures where required.
- Set clear manager accountability and oversee reviews, appraisals, workforce planning and HR matters.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance, compliance, governance, safeguarding, health and safety and equality.
- Oversee returns, claims, reconciliations, audits, budgets and effective resource deployment.
- Build influential relationships with commissioners, Prime Contractors and strategic partners.
- Share best practice and contribute to bids, business development, mobilisation, change and continuous improvement.
- Level 2 English and maths.
- A degree or equivalent relevant management and operational experience.
- Significant operations-management experience in a target-driven, multi-site or multi-contract environment.
- Strong capability in KPI analysis, people performance, budgets, compliance and governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in employability, skills, welfare-to-work or commissioned public services is desirable.
- Confidence using management systems and travelling regularly across the region.
- 33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, rising to 38 days after five years.
