Direct air conditioning and ventilation experience would be highly advantageous. Experience using Simpro or similar field-service, scheduling or project-management software would also be particularly beneficial.
IOSH, NEBOSH or an equivalent health and safety qualification would be desirable but is not essential.
Package- £55,000–£65,000 salary, depending on experience and capability

- Profit-related performance bonus
- Laptop and mobile phone
- 23 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
