JMC Centre SOResilience; Fwd

Unit role - Delivery of the Firm Base across the central England region including UK Operations.

Position Role - Principal Staff Officer responsible for the planning and execution of UK Ops within JMC Centre AOR

Responsibilities:
1. Principal Staff Officer responsible for planning / delivery (FGen FPrep and Sp) of UK Ops in JMC Centre.
2. Main POC for HQ SJC in the planning / delivery of UK Resilience Operations
3. Lead Staff Officer for the planning and execution of the JMC Centre JCPs including but not limited to Op TEMPERER
4. Provide support to all Local Resilience Forum (LRF) activity
5. Act as Line Manager and Reporting Officer as directed. (Resilience staff including mobilised Reservists).
6. Support and deputise for the COS JMC Centre in support of Regional Resilience outputs
7. Lead with change related delivery planning instructions and the associated briefings/communication.
8. Lead JMC projects as directed by JMC Centre SLT
