Fleet Manager

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of Lincolnshire Police's vehicle fleet. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our fleet remains safe, legally compliant, cost-effective and fit for purpose, enabling officers and staff to deliver vital policing services across the county.

You will lead the delivery of the Force Fleet Strategy, fleet replacement programme and sustainability initiatives, whilst managing fleet operations, budgets, contracts and resources to support the organisation's long-term objectives.

• Providing strategic leadership for all fleet management and transport services.
• Managing vehicle maintenance, workshop operations and fleet compliance to ensure maximum vehicle availability.
• Leading fleet replacement, procurement and capital investment programmes to deliver value for money.
• Driving fleet sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives, including alternative fuel technologies and fleet decarbonisation.
• Managing budgets, contracts, suppliers and performance to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Using fleet data, telematics and performance information to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Force and collaborating with regional and national partners.
