You will:
Lead, support and develop the QA team, ensuring strong standards and consistent performance.
Maintain and continuously improve site food safety, quality systems and HACCP processes.
Prepare the site for audits and customer visits, making sure compliance is always up to date.
Oversee internal audits, trend data, investigate issues and drive meaningful corrective actions.
Champion quality culture across the site, improving awareness, behaviours and engagement.
Manage non‑conformances, root cause analysis and follow‑up actions.
Support NPD trials, sampling and technical documentation as needed.
Step in for the Technical Manager when required and represent the technical function confidently. This is a hands‑on, visible, and influential role where you'll shape standards, mentor your team, and continuously improve site performance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a QA leadership role within food or FMCG manufacturing.
Level 3 Food Safety & Level 3 HACCP (or working towards).
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, influence and drive standards.
Confident communicator who enjoys training others and engaging cross‑functional teams.
Competent with data analysis, auditing and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel between sites when required
Must be able to drive due to location.
