Thursday – Saturday, Alternate Wednesday

Hours:

5:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Material Stock Controller to join our Operations team on our B Shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with stock control experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, moving, and accurately accounting for materials from goods-in through to production line supply. You will help ensure production teams have the materials they need, when they need them, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance standards.

Key Duties

* Manage the intake and recording of all incoming materials.

* Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

* Input and maintain data within Microsoft systems and company databases.

* Organise and store materials safely within designated locations.

* Supply materials to production lines and respond to changes in production requirements.

* Issue materials in preparation for planned production schedules.

* Ensure material storage areas remain clean, organised, and audit-ready.

* Manage stock rotation and quarantine processes.

* Adhere to all Health & Safety and hygiene requirements.

Skills & Experience Essential

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.

* Competent with Microsoft systems, emails, and databases.

* Experience in stock control, packaging, warehouse, or materials management.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.

* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

* Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Desirable

* Previous FMCG manufacturing experience.
