The Role
Working the afternoon shift (2pm–10pm) and reporting to the Dispatch Working Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring raw materials, work-in-progress and finished products move efficiently throughout the production process.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for supporting production and dispatch operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general Forklift Truck (FLT) duties across the site.
* Pick and kit materials for production works orders.
* Complete stock checks and inventory counts.
* Safely move raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods throughout the manufacturing process.
* Load and unload HGV vehicles.
* Work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to ensure materials are available when required.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
* Support the wider warehouse and production teams with day-to-day operational activities.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you'll ideally have:
* A valid, up-to-date Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
* Previous experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or yard environment.
* Experience loading and unloading HGV vehicles.
* Order kitting experience.
* Good general forklift operating experience.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
* A reliable, flexible approach and the ability to work well within a team.
What's on Offer
* Permanent full-time opportunity.
* Monday to Friday afternoon shift (2pm–10pm).
* Stable employment with a well-established global manufacturing business.
* Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
* Supportive team environment.
* The chance to join a growing business with excellent long-term prospects.
If you're an experienced FLT Driver looking for a varied warehouse and production support role where your skills will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
