Machine Operator – Plant Machinery (2 Positions)

We are looking for two reliable and experienced Plant Machinery Operators to join our growing Airfields & Lining division, based in Lincoln. This is an exciting opportunity to work on specialist projects across the UK and internationally, delivering high-quality surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works.

Location: Lincoln, LN6

Salary: £45,000+ per year, plus bonuses, overtime, and enhanced international rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialist plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Carry out surface preparation, airfield grooving, motorway grinding, and associated works.
• Work in accordance with health and safety legislation, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Support the team in delivering projects to a high standard and within deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Travel extensively to work throughout the UK and overseas as required.

Working Pattern

• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Willingness to work dayshifts, night shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Regular overnight stays across the UK.
• International travel when required.
