How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Leverage your skills and experience in Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques to produce turbine blades and vanes to high standards.
  • Operate the welding plant safely, ensuring that all production meets quality and efficiency requirements.
  • Understand engineering drawings and welding layouts to execute tasks accurately.
  • Examine the quality of production output using welding inspection techniques to ensure products are ready for the next stage of the production process.
  • Maintain and update digital production applications to streamline operations.
  • Regularly inspect welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet production demands during peak periods.
What You Bring
  • Hold a Welding Inspection CSWIP certification and a commitment to develop further.
  • Have hands‑on experience with Plasma, TIG, and MIG welding techniques.
  • Possess a strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and thrive both independently and in a team environment.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
