General Operative / Packer

Location: North Scarle, Lincoln

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay: £ 13.34

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts days and nights

• 18:00 - 06:00

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting General Operatives / Packers on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing client based in North Scarle.

• Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
• Carrying out basic quality and technical checks
• Recording palletisation and assisting with the movement of finished goods to the warehouse
• Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework where required
• Maintaining a clean working environment and following "clean as you go" procedures
• Working in line with strict health, safety, and quality standards at all times

• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is desirable
• Forklift Truck (FLT) experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable, honest, and punctual individuals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Strong team player who can also work independently when required
• Due to site location, own transport is essential
