We are looking for a Shift Operations Manager to join our growing Mash Potato facility.

As a key member of the site operations team, you will provide front line leadership across the production operation on our day shift, delivering against each of the following pillars: safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people.

The role also comes with the expectation to implement and manage change to drive continual improvement through the processes, utilising department resources available to the fullest to achieve business targets, quality improvement and safety improvement plans.

Shift: Week 1:
Wednesday and Thursday Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Hours:

6am to Finish
