About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Line Leader to drive performance, quality, and efficiency across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of production output, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the highest standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement lean production systems in line with business performance standards, focusing on:
