Summary:

The role involves the manufacture, test and repair of high-reliability products, alongside supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, manufacturability and production efficiency. Delivering high-quality output while contributing ideas and improvements to the wider team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Test
  - Assemble and test RF and electronic products using a range of techniques, including mechanical assembly, epoxy processes, PCB soldering and RF assembly, in line with defined build documentation. Follow detailed work instructions and test procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
