Graduate Manufacturing Technician

This is a hands-on role working within a highly skilled and experienced team, assembling and testing technically advanced RF and electronic products used in specialist microwave radar applications.

The role involves the manufacture, test and repair of high-reliability products, alongside supporting continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, manufacturability and production efficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality output while developing their technical knowledge, practical manufacturing skills and understanding of high-reliability electronic products.

Key Responsibilities of the Role Will Include:

• Assembly & Test
  - Assemble and test RF and electronic products using a range of techniques, including mechanical assembly, epoxy processes, PCB soldering and RF assembly, in line with defined build documentation. Follow detailed work instructions and test procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
