The Operational Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure manufacturing employees have the skills and knowledge to operate machinery, follow processes, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role supports continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Fridays Days - 18 month FTC/secondment
Salary: £34,884pa
What are we looking for?The Operational Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure manufacturing employees have the skills and knowledge to operate machinery, follow processes, and maintain safety and quality standards. This role supports continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
