Site Lead - Food Manufacturing

We're looking for an experienced Site Lead to take full operational responsibility for a large food manufacturing site in Lincolnshire.
You’ll lead a large team and have full accountability for people, performance and process, ensuring the factory runs safely, efficiently and effectively.
The role- Lead the full site operation and large workforce
- Drive performance, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Develop and engage the leadership team
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality, service and cost
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership while thinking strategically
You’ll have proven Site Leadership or Operations Management experience within a large food manufacturing environment.
We're looking for an influential leader who can win hearts and minds, build strong teams and relationships, and bring the gravitas to lead a large-scale operation.
