Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Heat Treatment Operative to join its manufacturing team in Lincoln. Working within a fast-paced engineering environment, you will be responsible for operating heat treatment equipment and ensuring components are processed to the required specifications and quality standards.

• Operate heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment in accordance with work instructions and production schedules.
• Load and unload components safely using handling equipment and cranes where trained and authorised.
• Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times and process parameters to ensure product conformity.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate process records.
• Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks on components.
• Support furnace maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and comply with all Health & Safety procedures.

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, engineering or industrial environments.
• Experience operating furnaces or heat treatment equipment would be advantageous.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
