- Business Development and Marketing (at the rank of Administrative Assistant II / Executive Officer) in the Campus Services Office
(.:537466), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal.

The Campus Services Office (CSO) is seeking a high-caliber individual to join the team as Manager / Assistant Manager
- Business Development and Marketing. The CSO is a newly established unit to unify the management of various service entities, including catering services, on-campus business outlets, postgraduate residences, and upcoming operations of guest accommodations and staff quarters. The CSO aims to foster a service-oriented culture, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of these units by taking a more dynamic business approach.

  • Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field;
  • Not less than 5 years of proven work experience in brand-building, marketing campaign management, digital marketing, content marketing, or external communications;
  • Ability to manage fast-paced projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, create and present marketing strategy to the management;
  • Self-motivation, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and good problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Mandarin;
  • Familiarity with AI tools, social media platform management, and proficiency in Canva for creating digital content is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and experience with Google Analytics; and
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and expand opportunities for the CSO's service-oriented endeavors by identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships, developing and promoting campus services within the CSO’s portfolio;
  • Support the development of promotional strategies for various campus services, and develop and execute of marketing plans to boost the CSO’s brand and visibility;
  • Analyze market trends, research potential new markets and partnerships, and explore new ways to brand and promote existing products or services;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners;
  • Prepare proposals, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate agreements for various projects and collaborations;
  • Stay industry developments, competitor activities and market trends, and present reports and strategies to the management;
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, analyze data and results to evaluate campaign performance;
  • Collaborate with website vendors to develop landing pages and manage content uploads;
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and partners to ensure timely campaign launches; and
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties, as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director
