Get Recruited is partnering with an established global organisation investing in its brand, products and international presence. As Global Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of international marketing, lead product launches and deliver campaigns that support business growth.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager or Group Marketing Manager ready to step into a broader leadership role.

You don't need to already hold a Global Marketing Manager title. If you can demonstrate strong commercial results, experience across international or regional markets and the confidence to take on greater responsibility, we'd like to hear from you.

Working closely with Sales, Product and regional teams, you'll have the scope to bring your ideas to life and a direct voice in the business's marketing direction.

THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

Own and deliver the international marketing strategy, aligning activity with the business's growth ambitions.

Develop targeted marketing plans across multiple regions and customer markets.

Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, communications and demand generation.

Shape product positioning and manage international launches.

Build a consistent global brand while tailoring campaigns to local audiences.

Partner with Sales to generate opportunities and support customer acquisition.

Use performance data and market insight to improve campaigns and demonstrate ROI.

Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.

Present results, ideas and recommendations to senior leadership.

Help shape and develop the marketing function as the business grows.

ABOUT YOU:

You're a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager or similar, ready for greater ownership and responsibility.

You have experience delivering marketing across international or multiple regional markets.

You can demonstrate how your campaigns have contributed to lead generation, customer acquisition or revenue growth.

You bring strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, content and demand generation.

You have experience delivering integrated campaigns and product launches.

You're confident sharing ideas, influencing senior stakeholders and working across teams.

You enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You use data to understand what's working and make informed decisions.

WHAT'S ON

£55,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
