Zest Theatre is registered as both a company limited by guarantee (Company No. ) and a registered charity (Charity Reg. No. 1144299). Board members are therefore Directors of the Company and Trustees of the Charity.
The Board is responsible for the charity, ensuring that programming, strategic, and operational decisions are in line with the organisation's objectives and are operated within the legal requirements.
The Board of Trustees meets virtually quarterly, plus one in-person Board Away day each year – usually in Lincoln. Trustees may be invited to join a sub-committee, contribute to working groups or bring individual expertise to specific time-limited projects. We encourage applications from across the country. You don’t need to be based in Lincoln, and you don’t need to have been a Trustee before.
