Deputy Head Nurse – The Pet Vet Lincoln

We’re looking for a Deputy Head Nurse to assist the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of clinical activities within the surgery. The role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.

Full‑time nurses work a 4‑day week. Each 9‑hour shift includes consulting, inpatient and surgical duties. Weekend rota follows a 1‑in‑4 pattern, with duty nights rotating.
