The Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and growing nursing team in Lincoln.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern practice where nurses are encouraged to use their skills, develop their clinical interests and play an active role in delivering outstanding patient care.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team of vets and nurses within a supportive environment where teamwork, communication and continuous improvement are highly valued. Whether your interests lie in theatre, inpatient care, consulting or developing new clinical skills, you’ll be supported to build a rewarding career.

The role is full time, working 40 hours per week across four 9-hour shifts, with a 1 in 4 weekend rotation and duty nights on a shared rota.

What We’re Looking For

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Confident and compassionate team player with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about delivering high standards of patient and client care
• Comfortable working across a varied caseload and wider nursing responsibilities
• Keen to continue learning and developing professionally
• Experienced RVNs and recently qualified nurses are encouraged to apply
