Role OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced Surgical Ward Nurses to join our expanding network and provide adhoc and locum cover within private hospitals in Lincoln.
The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients across surgical wards, supporting safe patient recovery and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements- Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience
- Proven surgical ward nursing experience
- Registered with the NMC
- Previous hospital-based experience essential
- Experience with in private hospitals or NHS surgical wards
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible adhoc and locum opportunities
- Regular shifts and locum cover within private hospitals
