Adecco is seeking a Quality Improvement Lead in Lincoln to join the Non-conformance Management team on a 12-month fixed-term full-time basis. The role focuses on improving problem-solving and governance for non-conformance management, with a 37-hour week and an hourly rate of 30 to 40 GBP.
The ideal candidate will drive a culture of quality and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to meet NCC targets and KPIs.
