Rullion is recruiting a Quality Improvement Lead to join the Non-conformance Management team in Lincoln. The role supports all aspects of non-conformance management across the Small Gas Turbine business, driving governance, problem-solving, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates well at all levels, and has experience with data interpretation and leading investigations. This is an on-site position with PPE provided and a strong emphasis on collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
